How do I create an account?
You can register for an account by clicking here. You can also click on the “my account” tab. Once you have an account, you can make purchases, wishlist items, and view and download previous purchases.
How do I log in to my account?
You can log in to your account by clicking here, or by clicking on the “my account” tab. Simply enter the log in details you used when you created your account.
How do reset/change my password?
You can reset/change your password by clicking here or going to the “my account” tab. Once there, scroll down and click the “lost your password” link. Once you enter your email address, you will receive an email with instructions for how to change your password.

Can I download my purchase at a later date?
How many times can I download the resource(s) I purchased?
You can download your purchases as many times as you’d like! I would recommend backing up your purchases for future use.
How do I download my purchase from my phone/tablet/mobile device?
Please note that I do not offer support for mobile devices. I suggest downloading your purchases from a computer.
Do you offer refunds?
- If you accidentally check out with multiple items of the same product, you are eligible for a refund
- If you purchase a bundle, but have already purchased some of the resources in the bundle, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate products
What are Credits?
For ever $1 you spend, you’ll earn 1 credit to use towards future purchases in my store. For every 20 credits you earn, you save $1 on a future purchase.
How do I use credits?
If you have credits to use, you can apply them towards your purchase on the checkout page. You will see a banner that says “use points for a discount on this purchase!” Click the button that says “Apply Discount” to apply your credits towards your purchase.
